Wright Locke Farm Estates, LLC

A public developer / design RFP to the Town of Winchester, to Develop the Town owned land adjacent to the historic Wright Locke Farm. The proposed development was submitted in conjunction with Bonvie Homes of Southport, Cape Cod as the lead developer. Designed as a “Cluster Community “ of two family townhouse cottages for the 55 and above community with shared amenities including the community house, walking trails and association with community farming at the Wright Locke Farm.
