This virgin 5 1/2 acre parcel on Belmont Hill was awarded to the Architect and their development team through a public RFP from the Town of Belmont, MA. The four lot subdivision and new roadway with all underground utilities overlooks conservation land and Belmont Country Club. Building permits for four large homes, pro–forma analysis, roadway construction with underground utilities, Community and Town reviews including Conservation Commission were executed.
