Full rehabilitation and restoration of a large mid-nineteenth Century home near historic Brattle Street. Historic renovation and rehabilitation of a large French Second Empire style single family house built for the Dean of Harvard College in 1870. Restoration of overall exterior using authentic period details and materials, remodeling the interior into a modern working home, saving or recreating as much of the existing original detailing as possible. The renovation included reorganization and restoration of the main façade and the upgrading or replacement of all building systems.
