A three story plus full basement addition to existing headquarters. The addition strengthens the overall image of the existing building by duplicating the two story brick veneer building and separating it by a three story lightwell spine. The third floor is set back from the building face, and is faced with porcelain tile. The tile clad structure is carried down to grade at the most prominent building corner and site entry, and is reinforced by adding a pond at its base.
