Butler Bay, St. Croix

A planned resort community of 52 residential units, 14 grouped as singles and 38 grouped in quads on Butler Bay in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Line Company Architects, Inc. was partner in the development of the project and responsible for Schematic Design / Feasibility Studies of the resort community.
