Place Lexington, MA Project Architect: Erik Rhodin Size: 6,000 s.f. of Retail and 60,000 s.f. of Residential Cost: $13 Million Date: 2007 New construction of a 3 story steel and wood frame building in historic downtown Lexington, MA includes 20 residential units, retail space and below ground parking. Line Company Architects, Inc. was responsible for full architectural services including all permits, including achieving a zoning change through town meeting approval. The site is located at the former Battle green Inn which has frontage on both Mass Ave. and Waltham St. Line Company Architects co-developed this project together with Oaktree Development and Lex-Vest, Inc. |
