Conwell Theological Seminary Hamilton, MA Architect: Erik Rhodin Firm: Drummey Rosane Anderson Size: 12,000 sq.ft. Cost: 1.6 million Date: 1983 Chapel for 450 people linked to a long barrel-vaulted lobby which will also serve the Phase II addition of the new Learning Center. The Chapel was designed to respond to very strict acoustical requirements as well as offer an intimate and warm interior. The custom pews and altar furniture were also designed by Erik Rhodin. |
